Return Policy

INTRODUCTION

We hope You love shopping at BeBlunt! We want You to be happy with Your purchase and hope that You find safety, comfort and confidence to explore the cannabis world, through BeBlunt. If You are not completely satisfied, You can, subject to the terms below, cancel Your BeBlunt Product within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the Product at no cost and refund You by crediting Your account (with a coupon), or by processing the refund to Your credit card.

All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.

Returns on purchases made using BeBlunt Reward Points are eligible for exchange only.

  1. RETURNING A BEBLUNT PRODUCT
  • Unwanted BeBlunt Products

You can return an unwanted BeBlunt Product to Us, provided that:

  1. It is unopened and unused;
  2. It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (where applicable);
  3. It is not listed as a BeBlunt Product that is not eligible for return (i.e. final sale items); and
  4. You log a return with Us, via the ‘My Account’ page, or by sending an email to hello@beblunt.co.za, within 7 (seven) calendar days from delivery.

Once Your request for a return has been accepted, We will collect the BeBlunt Product/s from You at Our standard courier rate of R100 (one hundred Rands). You must transfer this amount, including proof of payment, to hello@beblunt.co.za before a courier is booked for collection – please note that We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted BeBlunt Product is returned damaged, used, not in a re-saleable condition or not in its original packaging.

 Once We have inspected the BeBlunt Product/s and validated Your return, We will credit Your account with the purchase price of the BeBlunt Product within 5 (five) days of the return (or refund You if that is Your preference). Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in Your account.

Please note that delivery costs incurred by You are non-refundable unless the BeBlunt Product delivered was damaged.

  • Damaged and Defective BeBlunt Products

Damaged BeBlunt Products

 Should a BeBlunt Product be damaged at the time of delivery, please notify Us of such delivery by sending an email to hello@beblunt.co.za  with Your order number, the date of delivery and a picture clearly indicating the extent of damage, within 48 (forty-eight) hours. We will arrange to collect the BeBlunt Product from You at no charge. If You do not submit a return for damaged BeBlunt Products within a period of 48 (forty-eight) hours from delivery, then We will charge You Our standard courier fee of R100 (one hundred Rands).

 Once We have inspected the damaged BeBlunt Product and validated Your return, We will, at Your choice, replace or refund the BeBlunt Product as soon as possible. We will credit Your account with the purchase price of the BeBlunt Product within 5 (five) days of the return (or refund You if that is Your preference). Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in Your account.

Defective BeBlunt Products

 We do Our best to ensure that the BeBlunt Products We deliver to You are sourced from suppliers of a high quality and without defects. A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a BeBlunt Product or any characteristic of a BeBlunt Product, which makes the BeBlunt Product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances. Where You believe that You have received a defective BeBlunt Product, We will arrange to collect the BeBlunt Product from You at no charge.

 Once We have inspected the BeBlunt Product and validated Your return, We will, at Your choice, replace or refund the BeBlunt Product as soon as possible, or credit Your account with the purchase price of the BeBlunt Product (or refund You if that is Your preference). We will credit Your account with the purchase price of the BeBlunt Product within 5 (five) days of the return (or refund You if that is Your preference). Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in Your account.

We will not accept a return, nor replace a BeBlunt Product, nor refund You for the following instances and we disclaim all liability where there is:

  1. Damage arising from negligence, Your abuse or incorrect usage of the BeBlunt Product;
  2. Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the BeBlunt Product; or
  3. Damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the BeBlunt Product.
  • Incorrect BeBlunt Products

If We accidentally deliver the wrong BeBlunt Product to You or if the BeBlunt Product is not as described on the BeBlunt Store, please notify Us. We will arrange to collect the BeBlunt Product from You at no charge.

Once We have inspected the BeBlunt Product and validated Your return, We will, at Your choice, deliver the correct BeBlunt Product to You as soon as possible (if the correct BeBlunt Product is available); or We will credit Your account with the purchase price of the BeBlunt Product within 5 (five) days of the return (or refund You if that is Your preference). Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in Your account.

 

Packaging Products for return

Please provide suitable external packaging for returning the BeBlunt Product (it need not be the original external packaging) – regardless of whether You request a replacement or a refund. Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a BeBlunt Product that is not properly packaged for transport.

  1. STANDARD WARRANTY

BeBlunt Products may, or may not, come with standard warranties directly from Our suppliers. For all warranty related queries, You are encouraged to contact the BeBlunt Product manufacturer directly. However, We will, where reasonable and possible, endeavour to facilitate warranties on BeBlunt Products.

  1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may change this Policy at any time, in which case any amended terms shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Policy and any subsequent activity in relation to the BeBlunt Store shall be governed by such amended terms. We therefore recommend that You visit the BeBlunt Store regularly. If You do not agree with any term in this Policy, please do not use the BeBlunt Store.
